Four comments so far, and not one received the long form. The Enterprise should conduct a 'post irrelevant comments here'.

I pity those who got the long form. I did the short one online and I agree with a lot of the comments that it is a total waste of time, repetitive and useless. Why don't they ask usable questions such as energy use, infrastructure concerns, cost of living, etc. What has a census ever done for me personally or Kenora in general?

If the census is just needed to see how many people live in Canada so that planning for infrastructure, schools and hospitals, then all they have to know is how many people and what ages they are live in your house hold. Race, religion or sexual orientation are not needed. I found the short form to be repetitive and intrusive and would have taken my chances and not filled out the long one if I had received it.

How many times do you have to ask what language I speak. Once you answer the question once, the answer isn't going to change. What a waste of time, money, paper, energy etc. Since the "long form" is only a snap shot of life, statistically it isn't worth crap. What, if anything has ever changed in Kenora as a result of a census?

How many times do they need to know I am still alive? It is as bad as the hospital asking for your health card everytime you go in. They have it on file; when we die they take me off the list. What a waste of money
