I dont know how many times I found dog waste in my yard because someones dog is off a leash and goes for a walk. Maybe this will help. Lets see how the owner likes it when the dog drops a bomb in their own yard. |

Of course. The "No" voters will say that THEIR dog is well trained and it's not necessary. However, the young kids approaching that dog on the sidewalk do not know that, and should not have to be fearful not knowing if that dog is well trained or not. We all know there are dogs that will run at kids, even if just to lick and play with them. This can be very scary for kids, we've all seen it. Put the dogs on a leash and show some respect for others... it's a simple courtesy. |
