Yes, publish names. Why are only First Nations people named? Lots of non-aborignal people are picked up and charged with alcohol related incidents.

Yes I think so. After all, the media doesn't hesitate to publish First Nation peoples name regardless of what they did. In Kenora it all depends on what your "status" is or what your last name is, whether you get your name published or not. Where's the equality?

Since impaired driving is an indictable offence, the names of those convicted should be published. Convicted impaired drivers are criminals and the public has a right to know who they are.

Yes they should be public knowledge. There is a local perception that some people are "let off" due to position, status, familt connections etc. The public needs to know the law is applied equally. Also if one knows an individual has been suspended and sees them driving during that period, they can report them.
