I think there should be job development on the waterfront, or anywhere else for that matter. Did anyone see the census? People are leaving here, not coming to buy condos. |

NO! It took years before they got rid of all the boathouses along the harbourfront.Then, it took thousands of tax-payers dollars to beautify it to what it is today.I don't want to see the natural beauty of the lake marred with unsightly condos on the harbourfront,no matter what they are built of,or, how tall they stand. As a foot-note to my comment,it appears it's almost like city council is behind all these polls, and use this forum as a sounding board for ideas they know they are going to introduce even if the public is opposed. I could be wrong, and so what if I am.It wouldn't be the first, or last time.Same can be said about our city council! |
