Without skilled trades such as electricians, carpenters and plumbers, society can not function. If you look at the demand locally you can see the need. Wages are good and chances for advancement are excellent. A skilled tradesman will earn a lot more per year than a liberal arts grad working at Tim Hortons. These are trades whose financial return is guaranteed after completion. |
