Concerning the Electrical merger. We will lose the personal touch when calling the office. As far as savings to the users, I don;t see much hope there either. However some 'expert' say it was a good idea, and we know how council jumps at what consultants or 'experts' say! |

My gas bill indicates, gas used then the storage, gas price adjustment,transportation, transportation adjustment,storage price adjustment, delivery, delivery price adjustment, HST and then a flat monthly fee. My equal billing is $81.00 for gas used and I have no choice. So they could charge you a flat fee of $50 and what can you do? |

If anything it is really confusing for people trying to pay their bills. No one is really clear on what they are paying? More explanations should be made clear to the citizens of areas of Kenora! |
